We are a niche real estate brokerage firm that specializes in representing the finest in ranch, farm and high quality commercial/mountain properties in the Black Hills, Western South Dakota and Wyoming. Of the hundreds of millions sold, some of the most notable include 17,120 acre Pennington County cattle ranch, Vivian Buffalo Ranch, several irrigated farms and an over 7000 acre historic Wyoming ranch. We have sold several timber frame and log cabins, including 6- 10,000 sq foot luxury a recreational homes in the region.
